Quality of life questionnaires are an important part of patient-centered drug development, such as for treating breast cancer. However, these questionnaires are time consuming and tedious to complete for both patients and clinical experts. The goal of this project is to investigate whether some or all of the questions in a quality of life questionnaire can be answered based on the patient’s posts in online fora and healthcare communities, and whether this can be automated using state-of-the-art AI models.
