As work becomes informational and demands more flexibility and judgement, the general well-being (eudaimonia) of the worker becomes crucial for work engagement with ITS. The goal is to understand how intelligent assistants have to be designed to balance productivity with eudaimonic objectives such as excellence, meaning and authenticity.
